HigginsForAll is a group of individuals who value the beauty and recreational opportunities of Higgins Beach in Scarborough, Maine. Many of us are Scarborough residents, others are from the Greater Portland area, and some from other parts of the nation and world. Our common interest is protecting public access to Higgins Beach.
